Delivery policy
1. Delivery areas
Domaine Clavel delivers its products:
In mainland France
In Corsica
Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes.
2. Delivery times
Orders are processed within an average of ... after receipt of payment.

These times are given as a guide only and may vary depending on busy periods or exceptional circumstances.

3. Delivery costs

4. Order tracking
​
Upon shipment, the customer receives a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing them to track the delivery of their package online.
5. Receiving your order
​
Upon delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package and the products.
In the event of any anomalies (missing, damaged, or broken products), the customer must:
Make specific reservations on the delivery note.
Confirm the complaint by email to clavel@domaineclavel.com within 48 hours, with supporting photos.
If the customer does not make any reservations, the products are deemed to be compliant and accepted.
6. Delivery delays

In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 30 days after the estimated delivery date, the customer may cancel their order and request a full refund.

7. Transport and liability
​
Domaine Clavel assumes all transport risks until the products are delivered to the customer.
Once the order has been received, responsibility for the products is transferred to the customer.
