Claire has always had her feet firmly planted in her native soil, but her head turned toward the stars. That's where the idea came from to name her wines after these luminous celestial bodies. Inspired by Oscar Wilde's quote, “Aim for the moon, even if you miss it, you'll land among the stars,” she likes to remind us that wine is not only the fruit of the vine and hard work, but also an invitation to dream, to rise above and to share a unique sparkle!
