The Vineyard

Our 100 hectares of vineyards are spread across a hundred plots in Saint-Gervais, Saint-Michel-d'Euzet, Carsan, Bagnols-sur-Cèze, and Saint-Nazaire.

This diversity is a real asset: each terroir brings its own nuances, giving rise to wines that are both varied and distinctive.

In Saint-Gervais, the heart of the vineyard, the sun-drenched hillsides rest on soils of wind-blown sand and calcareous clay, while the cooler, windswept plateau offers balance and complexity.

A unique combination that forges the singular identity of our wines.

Rich in minerals, this terroir gives the wines structure and power. The aromas are concentrated and the finish is remarkably long, resulting in harmonious, deep wines.

The sandy hillsides, shaped by the wind, give the wines finesse and elegance. Their lightness and freshness reveal subtle and delicate aromas, bringing a beautiful liveliness to each vintage.

Fresh & Ventilated Tray

Located at high altitude and exposed to the winds, this plateau brings balance and complexity to the wines. It produces distinguished wines that are capable of fully revealing themselves over time and expressing the full identity of the terroir.
