These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Domaine Clavel and any person making a purchase via the website www.domaineclavel.com.
Any order implies the customer's full and complete acceptance of these GTS.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding.
3. Prices
The prices listed on the website are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (including VAT), excluding delivery costs.
Domaine Clavel reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the price in effect at the time of the order.
4. Ordering
Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these T&Cs.

Any complaint concerning a defective or non-compliant product must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, by email to clavel@domaineclavel.com

Domaine Clavel cannot be held liable for any indirect damage related to the use of the products or the website.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
